Mike Heflebower, Funeral Director/Owner
Mike Heflebower has over 28 years of funeral service experience in all facets of the industry. Mike has led his work in large corporate locations, as well as small-town, family-owned and operated sites. He has served families in Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas.
Mike has many years of multi-cultural experience and a vast knowledge of most of the world’s religions.
Mike has experience in managing funeral homes, cemeteries, pre-need trusts companies along with markers and monuments.
He is a 1990 Graduate of Kansas City, Kansas School of Mortuary Sciences. Mike obtained his national board certification in 1990 and has held the Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP) designation from the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice since 1997.
Mike is married to Dr. Tammy (Saville) Heflebower. Tammy is an educational leader and is Senior Scholar of Marzano Research Laboratory in Centennial, CO. Mike and Tammy have two sons that attend schools in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Mike’s parents, Lee and Betty Heflebower, are also involved in the company. Both were born and raised in southeastern Colorado.
Dr. Lee Heflebower, VP
Dr. Lee Heflebower, Mike's father, has his PhD from the University of Nebraska in Educational Psychology. Lee and Betty (Higby) Heflebower were both born and raised in Colorado. Lee has his undergraduate degree from Western State College in Gunnison. He has worked in the funeral industry for over ten years and manages the Highlands Ranch office. He and his wife live in Littleton.

Dennis Kramer, Funeral Director
Dennis had Funeral Director and Embalmer in Nebraska for over 40 years before moving to Colorado. He and his wife Connie live near their son and his family in Colorado Springs. Dennis is from Scottsbluff, Nebraska

Kathleen has been in the funeral industry for many years throughout the Denver metro.
Milt Jensen, Associate
Milt is a retired Pastor and educator. Milt lives in Castle Rock.
Betty is Lee's wife and Mike's mother. She is a Colorado native from the Fowler and Pueblo area.
