Price includes sales tax- Removal of deceased from place of death within a 50-mile radius of our facility
- Embalming, Dressing, Cosmetics and casketing
- Professional services of staff
- Authorizations – Permit and Death Certificate
- Notification to Social Security
- Quality 20-gauge Sentry steel casket ($1,600 value - several color options)
- Please disregard the pricing on the site as the casket is priced for the package. Our casket list can be found on our website under the “Merchandise” tab.

- Visitation or viewing prior to services
- Funeral service at your church or our Aspen Room
- Graveside Services
- Online obituary with link to Legacy.com
- Memorial Package; Register book, service folders and thank you notes.

This plan is complete with the exception of cemetery property and their fees, certified copies of the death certificate and any applicable local sales tax on merchandise.
The State of Colorado charges $20 for the first copy and $13 for additional copy of certified death certificate at the time of order.
Weekends/overtime fees apply to all package services

Memorial - A Celebration of Life

Price includes sales tax- Removal of the deceased from the place of death within a 50-mile radius of our facility.

- Professional services of staff (filing of death certificate and obtaining permit for cremation; notification to social security)
- Utility Vehicle
- Refrigeration of the deceased (for preservation)**
- The Cremation Process
- Rigid cardboard cremation container*
- Temporary container for returning cremated remains.
- Identification viewing for immediate family – 1 hour – to be scheduled during business hours at our facility
- Additional preparation and dressing for viewing
- Ceremonial casket viewing – Add $763.75
- Online Obituary with link to Legacy.com
- Memorial Service – Full staff and services
- Graveside Service
- Memorial Package; Register book, Service folders and Thank you notes
- Memorial Video
This plan is complete with the exception of the death certificates and applicable sales tax on merchandise. At the time of you arrangements we will discuss with you how many death certificates you need for your particular situation. The State of Colorado charges $20 for the first copy and $13 for each additional copy.
