Wesley Wen Ma

Wesley Wen Ma passed away at the age of 22 in Seattle
Washington on October 6th, 2019. Wesley was born on October 26th, 1996,
in Denver Colorado. He was born to Zhaohui Ma (Joe Ma) and Aifen Lee. He
dedicated his life to learning, understanding and exploration. He will
be loved and remembered forever.



Wesley grew up in Thornton with brother Vincent, went on to graduate
high school at Peak to Peak Charter School in Lafayette Colorado. After
high school, he went to study at University of Illinois at Urbana
Champaign for 4 years from 2014 to 2018. He graduated with Masters
degree in computer science. After college, he moved to Seattle WA to
start his new engineering career.



With short 22 years, he managed to see and experience many places in the
world with his family and started to explore on his own as he starts his
own life journey. He has tasted water in remote mountains in Xinjiang,
in Ger tents at Mongolian desert, from ancestry well with grandparents
in Zhejiang, from the street fountain in Rome, from lake Baikal, from
Japan, from Colorado... and from lake Union. He loves music, poetry,
writing, helping others, playing chess, online games, and all things
abstract. He loves to be precise and be perfect, he hates waste, he
writes clean code. He is a poem we love.



Wesley is survived by his parents Joe Ma and Aifen Lee, his younger
brother Vincent Ma, grandparents Shuyi Ma and Lixia Zhu of Montreal
Quebec, Hsiu-Hui Chen of Taiwan.



A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Discover Community Church:
8200 Southpark Circle, Littleton, CO 80120 on October 22, 2019 at 1:00
pm following by a reception. Wesley’s final resting place will be at
Seven Stones Memorial Garden in Littleton, Colorado.



In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to one of the followings
which were special to Wesley or any other charity that helps those less
fortunate in our world. Ma family is also in the process of setup a
memorial fund in Wesley's name to donate to charities. If you wish, you
