Scott aka "Skaught" Thomas Schneider, age 48, passed away peacefully Tuesday March 17th, 2026 in Morrison CO. He was born June 14th, 1977 in Wheeling WV , to Tom and Debi Schneider (Lamont). Scott was a 1995 graduate of Central Catholic High School and then moved to Pittsburgh to attend the Art Institute.
After a wildly nomadic existence, he moved to Denver Colorado in 2021. During his time in Colorado he reconnected with an old friend who would soon turn back into the love of his life. You may say this is where his actual life began. Moving to Morrison unlocked the world of art and music that those who knew him knew was where he truly existed. From his backyard he had a full view of the sky and the stars and the hum of the music floating in the air from the Red Rocks venue across the way. These last few years he spent creating, singing, dancing, loving, traveling and as we all know entertaining. Scott kept the world around him laughing and was a light in every room he walked into. We lost a beautiful hurricane of joyous chaos when he left this world, but he also definitely left his mark in each of these places.
He is preceded in death by his father, Tom Schneider; grandparents Carl and Dorothy Schneider & Raymond Forehand. He is survived by his wife Alana McKenna and her sons Dylan & Simon, his “beloved” dogs Zepp & Bowie, mother Debi Lamont and stepfather Bobby Lamont; sisters Stacey and Gretchen, his son Pennzln Brockie Schneider, his grandmother Dorothy Forehand and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
We will forever love and miss this maniac who made our world a little less normal.
