Hope Elizabeth Havis was born at 10:47 pm on Saturday, October 7, to proud parents Kevin and Amy Havis, and big sister Maisy. She weighed 4 lbs, 1 oz and was 17.2 inches long. Due to her known brain development condition – alobar holoprosencephaly – many had projected she would live less than 24 hours. She surprised us all with the gift of two weeks of life. She spent her entire life being loved and held close by family and friends.
Hope took her final breaths on Saturday, October 21, while at peace in Amy’s arms. She will be dearly missed.
Hope is survived by her parents, Kevin and Amy Havis, sister, Maisy Havis, as well as many loving family members.
