Wendy A. Anglin

April 14, 1963 — September 17, 2022

The world lost a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Wendy A. Anglin, on Saturday, September 17th, 2022. Wendy battled Lupus Nephritis, but it never stopped her sage wisdom, velvet hugs, and butterscotch kisses. Wendy died surrounded by her husband Fitz and her three surviving children and one grandchild, who made up the entirety of her world.

Despite her extraordinary health challenges, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Metropolitan State University in 2016. She wore many crowns and had several careers in her lifetime, however, nothing compared to her work with loss moms and children. Her colleagues knew her as a kind soul, generous, innovative, artistic and willing to cheer up anyone with a custom gift basket or hot plate. Wendy was an avid reader, an executive chef, a fearless prayer warrior, and the mother of all mothers. She is survived by her lovely husband Fitz Anglin Jr., her brother Curtis Clarke and her three surviving children, Kamilah, Najimah, Mayah and grandson Jalen. She was preceded in death by both her parents, Hugh Clarke and Jean Cynthia Gilkes.
