JoAnna Boccard passed away on March 12th, 2021 in Englewood, Colorado at Julia Temple Healthcare Center. She was 80 years, 8 months, and 23 days old.
JoAnna was born on June 19, 1940 to Robert Leng and Katherine Týžik in Arvada, Colorado, where she grew up. Other than moving around here and there for a few years, she mainly resided in Arvada. JoAnna was a 1958 graduate of Arvada High School and was a member of the National Honor Society. JoAnna married Robert (Sam) Morris on November 15th, 1960 in Denver, CO, and later went on to marry Richard (Dick) Boccard on July 11th, 1978 in Clark, NV.
JoAnna loved writing, dancing on the big stage or at home, watching all her grandkids play hockey, baseball, and dancing. She also enjoyed watching hockey on TV.
Survivors included JoAnna's daughter, Patricia (Tricia) Morris; son, David (Wendy) Morris; grandchildren Megan West, Ryan (Heather) West, and Nathan, Brandon, and Adalyn Morris; great grandchildren, Savannah, Jordana, Zayden, and Kyler West, and twins Azalea (Azzy) and Gianna Sanchez-West.
Funeral services are Friday, March 19, 2021 5:00pm at Heflebower Funeral Services - 8955 S. Ridgeline Blvd. Ste. #100 Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.
