Glen A. Reppert

July 2, 1966 — June 11, 2021

Glen Allen Reppert was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 2, 1966. At the age of four, the family relocated to Madison, Wisconsin where Glen attended school. In 1983 he and the family moved to Denver, Colorado. After attending Red Rocks Community College, Glen went to Palmer Station in Antarctica for 6 months. He was awarded an Excellent Service Award as Communications Manager by the United States Antarctic Program. On his return, he went into Information Technology, which he dearly loved. He and his wife, Traci were both employed by Visa. Glen married Traci Mitchell August 2, 2003 in Lake City, Colorado.

Glen loved knowledge. His true passion was bible study and theology. He met each Thursday morning with the men's study group at Mission Hills Church. He loved his cats throughout his life. Glen enjoyed technology (once owning a Japanese robot dog named "Smokey"), motorcycling, convertible cars, camping, travel, and music. He had many interests: playing the Native American flute, reading sci-fi/computer comics, digital/watercolor painting, woodcarving, and the study of color theory. Glen was generous with donations so in lieu of flowers, please give a donation to his favorite organization Denver Rescue Mission or Mission Hills Church. Glen was also an organ donor thus his generosity continues.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Sara Reppert. He is survived by his beloved wife, Traci, five siblings, Stephen, Sue, Nancy (Walter), Tom and Jim; niece Gwendolyn (Matt); and nephew Uriah (Cathy).
