She is survived by sisters Darlene Dale (Gary), Linda Cetnar, Pandora Wallace (Bill), Cheryl Bain (Ray), brothers Ed Acree (Dana), Mark Ellsworth (Lula), and Andy Ellsworth, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Arthur and Loretta Ellsworth.
